- Activities, prices and times are subject to change without notice.
- All activities are subject to availability and weather conditions as well as the welfare of elephants, guests and staff and can be cancelled at any stage by AwE management for the above reasons.
- No person may partake in any Add-on Activities without first paying for, and partaking in, the Educational Interaction as we are about education and the special moments are considered an add-on.
- Some activities are seasonal.
- Advanced reservations and payment (Booking) take preference over unpaid reservations, payments confirm bookings.
- All durations are approximate.
- Activities will start on time, if you are late you forfeit your deposit and experience. Please arrive 30mins before your activity start time in order to fill in the necessary paperwork.
- Some activities have age restrictions, age groups (proof of id may be required) as follows:
- Pensioners 65 years old and above.
- Adult 13 years old and above,
- Children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.
- Infant 2 years old and below must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.
- Infants participate free unless age restrictions apply
- If you lose or damage any awe property you will be liable to pay for it in full.
- No littering and smoking only in designated areas.
- Right of admission reserved.
- Site inspections are as follows: only applies to interactions. First two pax will do interaction free, thereafter every add-on pax pays ¾ of the total activity rate. Must produce valid proof of business.
- You partake at your own risk. Indemnity to be signed before you partake in any activities.
- Discounts do not apply if a voucher, another special or discount is being utilised, you may chose the biggest discount.
