Play, Water & Trust

Few experiences are as humbling as bathing with elephants.

Following your educational interaction, guests are invited to participate in a guided elephant bathing session — assisting the elephants in cooling down and enjoying time in the water.

This experience is fun, interactive and often filled with laughter — but always grounded in respect and trust.

No children under 12 years old

To ensure you arrive on time, please allow approximately 1 hour travel time from Bela-Bela to AWE due to ongoing roadworks.

Help Us Feed Our Gentle Giants

When you book your Elephant Experience, you can choose to add a bale of hay (R160) or a bag of pellets (R350) to help feed our incredible elephants. Every contribution goes directly toward the care and wellbeing of our beloved elephants. It’s a small gesture that makes a big difference.
