Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change.

Guest cancellations:
More than 72 hours: refund less 10% admin fee.
72–24 hours: 50% payable.
Within 24 hours: 100% payable.
No-shows: 100% payable.

AWE cancellations before start:
Reschedule, refund or voucher at AWE discretion.

Interrupted activities:
Voucher or reschedule at AWE discretion.

Illness or unforeseen:
Voucher valid 12 months may be issued.
