Bespoke Elephant Experiences
Your elephants. Your experience.
Dedicated time with the elephants, created around you.
Looking for something a little more personal? Our Bespoke Elephant Experiences give you dedicated time with our elephants and experienced team, tailored around your occasion, your group and the experience you have in mind.
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, wedding, anniversary or special occasion, bringing a team together for team building, hosting a prize-giving or corporate event, or simply wanting uninterrupted time with the elephants, we can create an experience around you.
Private. Personal. Unforgettable.
Your time with the elephants is exclusively yours, giving you the freedom to relax, connect and create something truly special.
During your reserved session, our standard AWE activities are paused, allowing your group to enjoy dedicated time with the elephants and our team without other guests joining your experience.
Our experienced elephant carers remain with you throughout your session, managing the elephants’ welfare and daily routine and ensuring that their needs always remain the priority.
Tailored To You
Bespoke experiences can be arranged for individuals, families, private groups and organisations.
You can reserve up to two hours of dedicated time with the elephants, with your experience tailored to your requirements, subject to what is appropriate for the elephants, our team and the environment.
Your time can be shaped around your occasion and may include additional activities, special arrangements or other elements that make your experience uniquely yours.
Have something special in mind? Talk to us. We’ll see what we can create together.

The Elephants Always Come First
Every bespoke experience is shaped around the wellbeing, welfare and natural behaviour of our elephants.
Your time with the elephants is exclusively yours, but the elephants remain free to participate according to their welfare, temperament and daily routine. Our experienced team will always make decisions in the best interests of the elephants.
This ensures that your experience remains natural, respectful and enjoyable for everyone — including the elephants.

Whether you’re celebrating something important, bringing people together or simply want to spend meaningful time with our elephants, we’d love to help create an experience you’ll remember for years to come.
