Production requirements to be discussed in detail. Photography equipment, styling, and set-up are not included in our price, so please bring items with you if you want to set a scene.
Photoshoot time: 16h00 – 17h30 on weekdays and weekends
Weekday non-commercial photoshoot: R8,500
Weekend non-commercial photoshoot: R9,540
Group size: Maximum 5 people. Additional people can be accommodated on request at our applicable general conference rate
Photographer: Photographer not included in the price – Guests must bring their own photographer or request AWE’s list of local professional photographers

R9540 on weekends and holidays
Overtime: 07h00 & after 17h30 = hourly rate +25%/hr
